Home Minister Sabitha collecting bribes

Home Minister Sabitha collecting bribes:  Sankar Rao

Handlooms and Textiles Minister P Shankar Rao on Saturday alleged that Home Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy has been collecting bribes to give postings in the police department.

"I'm having all the evidences to prove my charges against the Home Minister. Sabitha Indra Reddy is misusing her power to amass wealth. As per the service rule, the term of posting of the officer is two years. However, several officers have been transferred without the completion of the term and even without clear reasons," said Shankar Rao.

"I have already written a letter to Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy informing the matter. But, I didn't receive any favourable reply from the CM. I would also write a letter to the DGP seeking action," he complained.

The minister stated that he is planning to file a petition in the High Court asking to conduct a probe on the irregularities in the postings and the invovement of Home Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy.

Ramoji Rao-Mukesh Ambani’s secret deal exposed

Ramoji Rao-Mukesh Ambani’s secret deal exposed

Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has invested about Rs 2,600 crore in the ETV channels owned by media baron Ramoji Rao. Yes, It’s true.
Reliance holds a major stake in Eenadu group which was bought at Rs 5,28,630 per Share. Now, the same stake has been sold to the Network 18 group, which runs the channels CNBC TV18 and CNN IBN.
There were allegations against Ramoji Rao in the past that he helped Reliance Industries in bagging the gas blocks in the Krishna-Godavari basin, by influencing the then Chief Minister to keep the state out of the bidding. Mukesh Ambani payed it back to Ramoji Rao, by helping the Eenadu Group when it faced a severe financial crisis (Controversy over raising crores of money from the depositors of Margadarsi) few years back.
As part of the deal, Network 18 would now have the complete control over the management and board of ETV news channels and ETV non-Telugu entertainment channels. This include 49% stake in Telugu channels (ETV Telugu and ETV Telugu News), 100% stake in regional news channels (ETV Uttar Pradesh, ETV Madhya Pradesh, ETV Bihar and ETV Urdu) and 100% stake in regional entertainment channels (ETV Marathi, ETV Kannada, ETV Bangla, ETV Gujarati and ETV Oriya). With these developments, Ramoji Rao lost his hold on the Eenadu Group.

YS Jagan – Businessman of the Decade

YS Jagan – Businessman of the Decade

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday revealed that they have come to a confirmation that Jagan amassed wealth by misusing his father’s office during 2004-2009.
The vice-chairman of Jagati Publications and Jagan’s finalcial auditor, Vijay Sai Reddy, is said to be the brain behind latter’s business empire.
“Jagan influenced his father and the public servants and prompted them to issue orders in favour of his companies (Jagathi Publications, Sandur Power Company Limited, Carmel Asia Holdings Limited, Bharathi Cement Corporation Limited and etc.,). This exercise resulted in a huge loss to the state government and gain to Jagan. Jagan, Vijay Sai Reddy and 70 others cheated the government between 2004 to 2009,” Venkatesh, CBI superintendent of police.
“Jagan should be declared as the Businessman of the decade,” said a CBI officer, who spoke under anonymity.
Except the beneficiaries, none of them have bought shares in Jagati Publications at a premium. And also these investments were a result of illegal gains from the office of the former Chief Minister YSR. How can a company (Jagati Publications), which recorded a loss of Rs 250 crores in 4 years could attract an  investment of Rs 1, 246 crore? That’s the magic produced by Jagan!!!
