Sexy Heroine's 'Paanch Phataaka'!!

The term Paanch Phataaka might remind you of the songs program in an FM Radio channel but the one we are talking about is coming from a sexy heroine. She is none other than the milky thigh beauty Tapsee Pannu. Well, it is heard that this pretty starlet has got five releases for the year 2012.

First in the list is 'Daruvu' which has Tapsee pairing up with the mass maharaja Ravi Teja. This is followed by her second Telugu venture 'Gundello Godaari' which is almost on the final stages of making. Currently, Tapsee is also busy with the shooting of 'Shadow' wherein she is pairing up with victory Venkatesh.

Last but not the least she has another untitled venture to be directed by Chandrasekhar Yeleti and also her Bollywood debut movie titled 'Chashme Baddoor' which is being directed by David Dhawan. Given the heat she generates onscreen, this should be a real treat for the fans of Tapsee.

The pair of prince Mahesh Babu and the lovely smile beauty Samantha scored a rocking hit with the film Dookudu. Now, it is heard that they have paired up once again for a new project. This is Seetamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu and it is heard that both have taken part in the shooting which is happening around Hyderabad. The film also has victory Venkatesh as Mahesh's elder brother and it is directed by Srikanth Addala while Dil Raju is the producer.

Mahesh Babu’s latest film Businessman’s business is seeing steep fall after second weekend. Trade pundits say that the business might come to a close very soon unless there is a miraculous rise in the third week. Mahesh is sparing extra time for the promotions of Businessman at the moment.

Meanwhile, his next film, which is dubbed as the first real multi-starrer of the era, Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu has hit the floors already. Mahesh will join the shoot very soon. There are ample rumors that are making rounds about this film. The biggest of all is the rumor about length of Mahesh Babu’s role in it.

The latest rumor says that this film is the Tollywood version of Karan Johar’s family drama Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Gham. Mahesh’s role in the film is similar to Hrithik’s role in K3G, they say. Venkatesh and Prakash Raj characters resemble Shahrukh and Amitabh roles respectively. There is a small story that is making rounds among the internet circles and it is said to be the plot line of SVSC.

'Businessman' Upsets Dil Raju Camp

Peoples answer to the stamina of a Star-hero and sensational-director is nothing but the 'success' of BUSINESSMAN. The movie's sky-rocketing performance at BO has upset many and here is another such story.

Dil Raju, the gigantic producer of Telugu Cinema Industry looks upset with BUSINESMAN. This is not because the movie is doing extremely well in terms of trade. The 'dates' of Mahesh have become a big problem for them. Earlier, Mahesh used to allot years and years for a movie and allowed the directors to sculpt as they like. But he finished BUSINESSMAN in a record time of 74 days and now this is making 'trains run in Dil Raju camp's hearts'. 

Currently, Mahesh is doing SEETHAMMA VAKITLO SIRIMALLE CHETTU for Dil Raju, under the direction of Srikanth Addala. After this movie, he wants to jump immediately to Sukumar's project. The director of SVSC, Srikanth is said to be shooting at a snail's pace in the name of 'quality'. As the dates of Mahesh are finishing faster, tensions are building up in the camp, say insiders. 

Percentage problems for Mahesh and Venkatesh

Making multi-starrer movies in South cinema is a very big problem for the producers as well as directors, because they have to balance everything between the heroes. A slight extra mileage for a hero would irk the fans of other hero's fans. This is the reason why multi-starrers have become a rarity for quite some time.

Even when two young stars do a film together, ego clashes are ought to come. We have seen Allu Arjun, Manchu Manoj at loggerheads during Vedam promotions. Seeing all this we believe that making a movie with two or more superstars is almost impossible. But Dil Raju made it possible by getting the dates of Mahesh Babu and Venkatesh for Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu.

Both the stars have heard the script and accepted to be a part of it. Now the question is will the fans of both the heroes be satisfied with it or will they start fighting over the share of screen time? As per industry buzz, Mahesh and Venkatesh roles won't have equal share of screen time in SVSC. As far as we know, Venkatesh will have bigger role than Mahesh Babu! But both the roles are equally important in the context of the story it seems!! 

Telugu Ammayi solves Mahesh's problem

Dil Raju might have thought it would be tough to find to top class heroes for his multi-starrer movie Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. But his search for heroes has ended long back with Mahesh and Venkatesh signing in to do it.

Problems started from unexpected corners as the makers couldn't find suitable heroine for Venkatesh. Although there were many heroines willing to play Venkatesh's wife in SVSC, they didn't like to be Mahesh's Vadina. Dil Raju did his best to sign in Anushka, but she rejected the offer citing date problems.

Amala Paul was Okayed and even a photo shoot was done. But due to unknown reasons she too walked away. Now Journey movie fame Anjali is roped in to play Venky's wife in SVSC. Anjali is a Telugu girl who clicked in Tamil cinema. She started her journey as an actress in Telugu with Photo movie and moved to Kollywood later. A lifetime opportunity has knocked her door in the form of SVSC and she readily accepted it.

Bodyguard survives Businessman heat

Businessman was released in a record number of theaters and took off on a sky high note. Despite the divided talk, Businessman is still ruling the box office. Bodyguard was released a day after Businessman in standard number of theaters and took off on a reasonable note.

Looking at red hot Businessman, people predicted that Bodyguard may lose its way in the competition. But Bodyguard stood its ground despite the Businessman storm at the box office. Initial wave of Businessman is cleared now and the collections have come down. There is a significant drop in collections. Bodyguard has been steady all these days and now the collections of it are on par with Businessman in many centers.

Barring Nizam, Bodyguard is faring reasonably well in all other centers and is poised to become a hit for its range. It is likely to become one of the biggest grosser of Venky. Bodyguard has collected more than 10 crores share in five days and the collections on the fifth and sixth day were pretty good. On the other hand Businessman has set record for first week collections as predicted prior to its release. However, it is to be seen if it can sustain the momentum in the second week or not.

Positive Talk on Body Guard

Good news for Venkatesh fans! The initial reports from the Censors and the industry circles are very positive. As per the talk, first half of Bodyguard is a fun ride with ample comedy provided by Venkatesh. The college scenes have come out really well, they say.
As per the buzz from industry sources, Venky is eyeing yet another Victory with Bodyguard. The film’s censor has been done and it has been certified clean U which has become a rarity for big budget films these days.

Second half slows down a bit due to less comedy, but has enough to sustain the interest of the audience. Last thirty minutes of the film is said to be the heart of it as Venkatesh has given terrific performance in bringing out the right feel. All in all Bodyguard is said to be a complete film that caters to festive crowds. History says such films have done well for Pongal and if we go by it, Venkatesh has a winner at hands.
