Nayanthara, who thought of quitting film industry in order to marry Prabhu Deva, has reconsidered her decision and decided to act for some more time. Differences with Prabhu Deva have something to do with her decision change say the buzz.

Whatever might be the reason, Nayan decided to act again and the film industry is happy about it. Right now South film industry has been facing shortage of heroines. There are hardly any options when it comes to choosing an actress who could perform as well as look glamorous. Nayanthara is one of the very few who fits in such characters.

That is the reason why industry folks didn't like the news of Nayan's 'voluntary retirement'. To their merry Nayan is back in business and singing up new films. After Nagarjuna's film, Nayan has signed a couple more movies claims the reports. If the reports are to be believed, she will be doing a film each with Raviteja and Ajith soon.

The combination of Nagarjuna and K Raghavendra Rao that made wonders with Annamayya and Sri Ramadasu is back again. A Mahesh Reddy of AMR group is producing the film 'Shirdi Sai' on the banner of Saikrupa Entertainments Pvt Ltd. MM Keeravani scored music and the recording of songs is completed. The shooting is getting started on Feb 2nd in Karnataka and lasts for 25 days schedule.
 
Nagarjuna says, "Earlier I portrayed the roles of a devotee in Annamayya and Ramadasu. But now, it is a fortune to portray the role of an embodiment of God, Shirdi Sai. This is going to be a big turn in my career. A. Mahesh Reddy is an ardent devotee of Shirdi Sai. He is producing it with devotion".
 
Paruchuri Brothers penned dialogues for this film while Suddala Ashok Teja, Chandrabose, Ramajogayya, Veda Vyas and Sattipandu wrote lyrics.

Nagarjuna tonsured head

Tollywood king Akkineni Nagarjuna, who visited the hill shrine Tirumala to seek the blessing of Lord Venkateswara, tonsured his head before the darshan fulfilling his vow. He went for Darshan of Lord Balaji in the slot provided to the VIPs.

"I'm very happy that the audience have accepted a new kind of film like 'Rajanna'. It's a good encouragement to me and now I could attempt such kind of film is future. My next film 'Damarukam' is a socio-fantasy, which is a very interesting project. After that, I would be working for Shiridi Sai Baba film," said Nagarjuna to the media persons at the Renigunta Airport, Tirupati.

The process of tonsuring head is known as Tirukshavaram or Kalyanapradakshavaram, which is considered as one of the rich offerings by total surrendering to the Lord from the earthly pleasures.
