Nagarjuna's New State-Of-Art Studio

The heading might put you in confusion about as Nag is already having his own forte, Annapurna Studios. Well, here goes the details for you folks.

From the last few years, Nagarjuna is all trying to expand his foothold into new technology and state-of-art facilities in Film Making. The present Annapurna Studios is a golden peacock for the production of a film but not for post-production. According to insiders Nag is looking to upgrade all sound mixing units, edit suites and DTS lab of the studio, which is a bit weak from the facilities at Ramanaidu Studio.  The fast developing digital film making technology demands the use of high-end Digital Intermediate technology along with a supportive Visual FX Suite. Already, there is a color grading setup at AP Studio and plans are on to take it to a next level. Coming to Visual Effects part, Nag is said to have tied with up Reliance Media Works that is creating 'visual wonders' in Bollywood. 

Another added attraction to the old studio is this 'Stereoscopic 3D' technology. Numbers of films releasing in 3D version (recently DON2) at Multiplexes is growing at a rapid pace in India and that may be reason behind this ageing-star's initiative to introduce that costly and sophisticated technology. If all these technological advancements are done, AP Studio will surely become the hub of Film related advanced technology in the South, a senior director stated. Nagarjuna: 'Sai Baba Big Turn In My Career'

The combination of Nagarjuna and K Raghavendra Rao that made wonders with Annamayya and Sri Ramadasu is back again. A Mahesh Reddy of AMR group is producing the film 'Shirdi Sai' on the banner of Saikrupa Entertainments Pvt Ltd. MM Keeravani scored music and the recording of songs is completed. The shooting is getting started on Feb 2nd in Karnataka and lasts for 25 days schedule.
 
Nagarjuna says, "Earlier I portrayed the roles of a devotee in Annamayya and Ramadasu. But now, it is a fortune to portray the role of an embodiment of God, Shirdi Sai. This is going to be a big turn in my career. A. Mahesh Reddy is an ardent devotee of Shirdi Sai. He is producing it with devotion".
 
Paruchuri Brothers penned dialogues for this film while Suddala Ashok Teja, Chandrabose, Ramajogayya, Veda Vyas and Sattipandu wrote lyrics.

 Nagarjuna starrer blockbuster “Rajanna” achieved huge spectator attention from all regions of AP. Even though the film depicts the situation of Telangana in Nizam’s rule, Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema people reacted positively for this flick besides Telangana audience. One of the reasons for this is that of a huge fan following for King in Andhra region than Telangana.
Till now majority of the people living in Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema were not aware of the problems faced by Telangana people in Nizam’s period. This movie initiated the feelings of sympathy among Seemandhra audience. This movie clearly showed the reason behind the Telangana people fighting for seperate state.

Telangana people were suppressed by Patels and Nizams for many years. From that time onwards, they are fighting for freedom. Many movies tried to show the same but failed to reach the audience but Rajanna succeeded in touching the hearts of spectators. Critics say that that this film is the right move in right time. This movie is expected to bring the people of Telangana and Seemandhra much closer.
