Bikini babe's open desire for Rana

Bikini babe's open desire for Rana

The towering hunk Daggubati Rana has got a strong personality that has been making many girls go weak on their knees. While that might be natural with the audience and his fans, it is now heard that the same effect is happening to those who are working with him.

Apparently, another girl who herself has got some major fan following thanks to her sex appeal has been smitten by the charms of Rana. She is none other than Nathalia Kaur, the Kingfisher calendar girl. Recently she was sharing her thoughts when she revealed how she went numb when she saw Rana without his shirt.

Both are likely to pair up for an erotic thriller titled 'Andham' being directed by the eccentric genius Ram Gopal Varma. And after hearing the statements from Nathalia towards Rana, many are expecting their onscreen chemistry to be explosive. Well, we don't know what would happen off-screen though.

Director Krish casts Only Old Heroines

Director Krish casts Only Old Heroines

He is known as the intellectual director and so far his movies have not only provided entertainment but had a tinge of philosophy in them. Though he is just two films old he is already rated as the top league directors of Tollywood. We are talking about Jagarlamudi Radhakrishna fondly known as Krish.

Now, he is busy with the shaping up of his new movie 'Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum' and this has the towering hunk Daggubati Rana in the lead. The talk about the project is the interest that Krish has only for old babes. Apparently, sources say he approached the awesome beauty Anushka for the role of leading lady.

However, that didn't work out and instead of going for someone like Kajal Agarwal or Samantha, it is heard that Krish has now roped in the gracious looking Nayantara. While it might look a little odd to see Rana with Nayan, sources say Krish is confident the combo will work and the characterizations fit them both aptly. Let us see how this goes.

Big Doubts About RaNa's Stardom!?

After making a big debut amongst fanfare, macho hero RaNa is yet to taste his commercial success. Known for his big cut-out and height, the question now is will he attract youth with his commercial elements to stand out as a commercial hero.

To start out as a commercial star in the industry, one needs to essay three things with excellence. Dialogue delivery, breathtaking fights and foot tapping dances are must for any star commercial hero. The likes of RamCharan, Jr.NTR, Allu Arjun and Ram are rocketing their journey with all these ingredients. However, the latest released video songs of 'Naa Ishtam' showcase the unease of RaNa in dances.

This upcoming flick of Daggubati hero is said to be a commercial love story with all the touch of glitterati. With both RaNa and the ravishing heroine Genelia weak in shaking their bodies for 'classic dance moves', the songs haven't stood out. At least, the oomph factor should have paid off like Maheshbabu-Kajal's 'Businessman' songs, but that is also not happening here with Genelia looking unexciting. Off course, 'babai' Venky is also not a big dancer but managed well with family audiences and same things happens for RaNa too, a critic stated. Everything is RaNa's Istham!

Best buddy defends Ram Charan's childish act

Tollywood hunk Daggubati Rana has come to the defence of his best buddy Ram Charan, when one of his tweets gave an impression that he don't know the meaning of '3 AM Friend'.

"On that particular day, both Me and Charan were shooting for our films at Ramoji Film City. When we met during the break time, Charan jokingly asked me about '3 AM Friend' and immediately he posted the same on Twitter. It's not like he don't know about it, but it was done in leighter vein," said Rana.

"What does a 3am friend exactly mean?? Sum1 plss explain," tweeted Ram Charan a month back, when South hottie Trisha claimed that Rana is her '3 AM friend' in film industry. (3 AM friend: A friend whom you call first in an emergency)

Looking at Ram Charan's tweet, some people had commented that it's a childish act and some others opined he is desperately trying to establish himself as a person with great sense of humour. Luckily, his true friend Rana is always there to defend him!

3 AM Friend' proud of Rana

3 AM Friend' proud of Rana

Tollywood hunk Daggubati Rana has succeeded in making a mark of his own in the Hindi Film Industry. The other day, he was felicitated with one of the most prestigious award 'Best Debut Male', for his impressive performance in the flick Dum Maaro Dum at the ZeeCine Awards.

"Best Debut Male for the second time. Just picked up my ZeeCine Award for Dum Maaro Dum," said Rana, who received his first award for the political drama 'Leader'.

The first person to congratulate the actor was south hottie Trisha, who claimed to be Rana's '3 AM Friend'. "Congratulations Rana Daggubati on the zee awards..we are all proud of you..big hug," tweeted Trisha.

Seems like Rana has mastered the art of balancing the films irrespective of the languages and achieved something phenominal, which was missed out by some of the greats like Chiru and Nag. Though Chiranjeevi and Nagarjuna tested waters in Bollywood, they didn't dare to come out of the comfort zone fearing the threat of losing foothold in Tollywood. But, Rana has chosen his own path and is already making the Bollywood heroes to stand on their toes. Great going Rana!

RaNa's Bad-Luck & Bunny's Luck

RaNa's Bad-Luck & Bunny's Luck

A news is doing rounds int he industry about the Good Luck of young and energetic Allu Arjun and the bad luck of Tollywood macho RaNa. Here is the story for you folks!

There was news long back that RaNa is going to don a lead role in a supposed flick of successful Tamil director Selvaraghavan. The director won many fans in Telugu also for his realistic dramas and sensitive love portrayals. However, the flick never materialized to go onto the sets. The reason behind this is said to be Suresh Babu and his 'clever ideas' in terms of remuneration and script with Selvaraghava.

Impatient with the rules and regulations set by this shrewd producer, Selva turned the story to Allu Arjun. The stylish star has always had a penchant for these kind of realistic dramas and it is understood with his take on VEDAM. Bunny is said to have okayed the script and gave a green signal for the movie after finishing Trivikram's LOVER. People are saying this is surely RaNa's bad luck and Bunny's good luck.

‘Rana is my 3am buddy’- Trisha

‘Rana is my 3am buddy’- Trisha

Svelte actress Trisha recently got back after an eventful New Year’s Eve at the Goa Sunburn festival. Recently, reports in the media have constantly been highlighting her supposed closeness with actor Rana Daggubati.
Talking about the speculations, a calm and composed Trisha says, “There is nothing to clarify. Rana and I have been close friends for nearly 10 years now. I got to know him when I was just a couple of films old. There is no way that I can think on any other lines with him. These rumours are baseless.”
She adds, “He’s a sweetheart and I love him as a friend. He’s one of my 3am friends! You know how people assume things when they see a guy and girl hang out often in public.”
Moving on to other topics, one can’t help asking Trisha about the year 2011. She replies, “I realised that when something does not work out — professionally and personally — it’s for the best, and 2011 has taught me this.”
A number of actors have been known to splurge on swanky cars and posh apartments, and Trisha too is not far behind. She reveals, “I am planning to buy either a Merc or a Beetle. I can’t wait to get my new car.”
For Trisha, 2012 is going to be eventful in terms of her career. She says, “I am a very ambitious person so I am hoping that work-wise it’ll turn out to be a good year. Otherwise, I hope things remain the same!”
Rumour mills can be a turn off and the pretty actress admits, “The best way thing is to ignore them. Unless it involves my close friends and family, I choose not to react to any rumours or sensationalism.”
The actress is now off to Hyderabad to shoot for Dammu, with Junior NTR.
