Rajanna support for Telangana

Rajanna support for Telangana

Nagarjuna starrer blockbuster “Rajanna” achieved huge spectator attention from all regions of AP. Even though the film depicts the situation of Telangana in Nizam’s rule, Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema people reacted positively for this flick besides Telangana audience. One of the reasons for this is that of a huge fan following for King in Andhra region than Telangana.
Till now majority of the people living in Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema were not aware of the problems faced by Telangana people in Nizam’s period. This movie initiated the feelings of sympathy among Seemandhra audience. This movie clearly showed the reason behind the Telangana people fighting for seperate state.
Telangana people were suppressed by Patels and Nizams for many years. From that time onwards, they are fighting for freedom. Many movies tried to show the same but failed to reach the audience but Rajanna succeeded in touching the hearts of spectators. Critics say that that this film is the right move in right time. This movie is expected to bring the people of Telangana and Seemandhra much closer.

TG Politicians in Coastal for Cock Fights !

TG Politicians in Coastal  for Cock Fights !

Sankranthi  is considered as the festival of happiness and joy of farmers. Hence this Sankranthi  is best celebrated in the village regions of Coastal . Most of the people from entire state visit Coastal Andhra in this period of time to enjoy cock fights. Majority of these people are Politicians from Telangana.
Even though cock fights were banned by the Police in the Andhra state, there are some places in the Coastal  where people enjoy cock fights to the peak. Local Politicians strive hard to divert the concentration of the Police in that regions during Sankranthi to enjoy the fights. Last year the betting on cock fights crossed Rs. 300 Crores. Politicians from Coastal Andhra, Telangana and Rayalaseema belonging to various parties can been seen enjoying cock fights in spectacular locations of Coastal Andhra regions. Despite of the regular warning from KCR, Telangana Politicians are getting ready to visit Coastal Andhra regions during Sankranthi festival.
Hope this Sankranthi clears the problems between Telangana Politicians and Seema Andhra Politicians making them good friends. Some times, bad act like cock fights may do good for the society.

KCR’s rude shock to Jagan

KCR’s rude shock to Jagan

The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) decision to field its candidate in the by-election to be held in Parakala constituency, which would fell vacant with the disqualification of rebel MLA Konda Surekha, came as a rude shock to YS Jagan.
Earlier, Jagan announced that he would not field his party candidates in the constituencies, which fell vacant due to resignations of MLAs in support to the Telangana movement. In return, Jagan expected two favours from the TRS party. One of them happens to be – Allowing him to tour in Telangana districts as part of the Odarpu Yatra. Secondly, TRS should not field its candidate against sitting MLA Konda Surekha in the by-elections in Parakala constituency.
However, the TRS floor leader Etela Rajender on Wednesday made it clear that his party would be contesting in all the constituencies where by-elections would be held, including Parakala. On reacting to a question on Jagan’s Odarpu Yatra in Telangana, Etela Rajender said,”Jagan wouldn’t be allowed to tour in Telangana, without making his stand clear on statehood issue”.
The chances of Konda Surekha winning the by-election are bleak as YSR Congress party didn’t announce a clear stand on statehood issue till date. On the other hand, TRS might repeat the Mahabubabad incident if Jagan try to re-start his Odarpu Yatra without taking a stand in favour of Telangana state.
