Both for 2009 and 2010, Government is going to give away the shields to respective winners on this Ugadi evening.
Needless to say, Mega-Power fans are haunted with pain once again for that forgotten wound. Anyways, Charan is going to receive a Special Jury Award for his brilliant performance in the role of 'Kaal Bhairava' for the same movie.
